Terms and Conditions for Builders Emporium Limited

Welcome to Builders Emporium Limited's online store. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, www.buildersemporium.co.uk, and the purchase of goods from us. By accessing this website and purchasing our products, you consent to be bound by these terms and conditions in full.

1. About Us

Builders Emporium Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 07119384, with our registered office located at Weltech Centre Ridgeway, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, AL7 2AA.

2. Contract Formation

2.1. Our online store's product listings constitute an invitation to treat. By completing the purchase process for one of our products, you are making an offer to buy, which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.

2.2. The contract will pertain solely to those products confirmed in the purchase confirmation.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. Product prices and delivery charges are as stated on our website. We reserve the right to modify prices and charges without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed by us.

3.2. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery

4.1. We will dispatch the product(s) as per the delivery estimates provided on our website, subject to payment clearance.

4.2. Delivery details, including service options, estimated times, and geographic limitations, are available on our Delivery Information page. These details are subject to change, reflecting updates in our delivery policies or arrangements.

4.3. You are responsible for ensuring the product can be received at the address provided and for all costs associated with failed delivery due to unavailability or inadequate arrangements on your part.

4.4. For international deliveries, you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must bear these additional charges; for further information, please contact your local customs office.

5. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

5.1. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you acquire, or a third party indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

5.2. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You must then return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.

5.3. If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

5.4. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and documentation. We reserve the right to reduce the amount of money refunded for goods returned that show evidence of use beyond the handling necessary to see whether the goods are as expected.

6. Refund Policy

6.1. Refunds will be processed in accordance with your original payment method within 30 days of us receiving the returned goods or you providing evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

6.2. If a product is returned due to defectiveness, we will refund the full purchase price, delivery charges, and any reasonable return shipping costs you incur.

7. Liability

7.1. Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaching this contract is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.

7.2. This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.

8. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
