How much will delivery cost me?
Different items will have a different delivery cost..
Delivery Service
We aim to dispatch your order the same working day. This is subject to your order being placed before 12pm. Next day delivery is subject to stock availability and in some rare cases may result in your order being cancelled and your payment refunded. Delivery to Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey will be charged additional. *Customers living in some remote rural areas should note some services are not available. *We do not ship goods outside the United Kingdom, if you place an order your money will be refunded & order canceled. * Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.
Delivery Requirements:
We are able to deliver goods to selected UK post code destinations, restrictions apply We will not leave products on public property unless written consent is provided by the relevant authority confirming agreement of delivery to location A signature is required on delivery. However, goods can be left without being signed for when a prior arrangement has been made between Builders Emporium and the customer. Builders Emporium will not accept responsibility for goods which are lost or stolen after they have been delivered in accordance with any prior arrangement *Deliveries are to kerbside only and orders will be cancelled if the delivery vehicle is unable to safely access the delivery location.
Timber & Heavy Goods:
Every reasonable attempt will be made to deliver every order. However should your delivery address be in a remote location, have restricted access which our couriers cannot access, we will not be able to deliver to you. Our couriers will deliver to curbside only. All our Timber is sent on a next working day basis and is dispatched on the same working day of the order being placed.
Replacement Products:
Should the goods received damaged, either inform the driver or, if you can see the item is damaged please to not accept it and do not sign for it. Once goods are sign for you are accepting the goods the goods in the condition they are in.
Consumers may return orders within 30 days from the date the order was placed provided the goods are unused and in original packaging. Arrangements for returns must be made by the customer, we will issue a refund once goods have been received back in our warehouse & inspected.
Can I book a delivery date & time online?
No. To have a delivery booked in, please contact our sales office. We will try our best to accommodate your request and it may be subject to a charge.
Do you deliver to my address?
We deliver our smaller items to most postcodes in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately larger goods can not be delivered to: North of Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isles of Scilly, Some parts of Inverness, Isle of Arran, Isle of Colonsay, Isle of Cumbrae, Isle of Jura, Orkney Islands, Shetland Isles, Outer Hebrides, some postcodes in Paisley, some postcodes in Perth and Kinross, BFPO addresses. For some customers, geographical location or carrier services may restrict our delivery, extending the lead-time for your order to arrive or preventing us from delivering products to your address. Please call our sales office if you require further information. Alternative delivery methods may be arranged for some of the excluded areas.
